Restorative Cupping
I’m Jordan, welcome to my practice.
At Soothe & Sage, care is intentional, personalized, and rooted in both compassion and clinical skill.
This is a space created for you to slow down, feel supported, and receive bodywork that is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs.
Each session begins with listening — to you and to your body. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, support through stress or life transitions, prenatal care, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, your session is designed to meet you where you are that day.
My work blends evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with a calming, nurturing presence — creating an experience that is both effective and deeply restorative. The goal is not just relaxation, but helping your body feel safer, more balanced, and better supported over time.
Every body is different, and every session should be too.
Rather than choosing from a long list of techniques, we’ll begin with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what your body needs that day.
Using over a decade of clinical experience, intuitive bodywork, and a variety of therapeutic techniques, I’ll create a session that is uniquely yours. Your treatment may include any combination of:
Every session is thoughtfully customized to help relieve pain, reduce tension, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing process.
No need to know what technique you need — that’s my job.

Cupping therapy is an ancient therapy that involves placing suction cups on the body. It’s believed to work by increasing blood flow, which may promote healing and reduce pain.
Some say cupping therapy can help with a variety of conditions, including:
Pain relief:
Cupping therapy may help with pain and inflammation from musculoskeletal injuries, such as strains, sprains, back injuries, and arthritis. It may also help with neck, shoulder, and knee pain.
Muscle recovery:
Cupping therapy may help decrease muscle tightness and increase range of motion.
Other conditions:
Cupping therapy may also help with high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, migraines, gastrointestinal disorders, depression, and chronic fatigue. A 2020 study found that cupping therapy improved fatigue symptoms and sleep conditions in people with chronic fatigue syndrome.
Buccal massage is a specialized facial treatment that combines massage techniques inside and outside the mouth to release tension in the jaw, cheeks, and facial muscles.
This deeply relaxing treatment may ease TMJ discomfort, reduce jaw clenching, improve circulation, and soften facial tension.
It’s a supportive option for anyone experiencing stress, headaches, or tightness through the face and neck.
This treatment is paired with a gentle facial cleanse, hydrating balm, and steamed towels.
Muscle repair: Supports cellular energy production, which may help the body recover after injury, soreness, or workouts.
Mood and relaxation: Many clients report feeling calmer and more restored after sessions that include red light therapy, which can support the body’s shift into a relaxed, rest-and-digest state.
Stress relief: The massage can help relieve stress and fatigue, and boost emotional and physical well-being.
Blood and lymph circulation: Improved circulation may help decrease muscle stiffness and support a smoother recovery process.
